do the ends justify the means? as an anarchist, i am surprised to see so many saying that the ends do indeed justify the means. I answered 'yes' because of course it matters who disrupts power. if some random right wing group like the NRA goes on a shooting spree of those in power and this leads to anarchist society (left or right), the consequences are CLEARLY not worth achieving because of how disgusting the means are.

I would just like to point out that it wouldn't be so simple...a handful of NRA members (or thugs from whichever group) shooting up people couldn't topple hierarchy. otherwise, we would have tried that a LONG time ago...
However, you do make a good point: it is senseless to have one group destroy another only to take control.
